Austro-British Society Carinthia

In response to the many questions we get from visitors to Carinthia, this page features accounts of the advance of British troops into Carinthia from Italy in May 1945 and developments during the occupation up until the withdrawal of British troops in October 1955. We’ll be adding more texts as we resolve copyright questions.
